About The Role
We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated professional to fill our role of Assistant Manager - Platform Operations Management. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to support our operations management team based in Hyderabad.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the platform ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and engineering to implement operational improvements.
- Develop, implement, and monitor platform operational strategies, ensuring they align with business objectives.
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, uncover issues, and develop solutions to enhance platform performance.
- Support sales team by providing insights and analytics that contribute to effective sales strategies.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
- Ensure operations are conducted in compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies.
- Participate in the planning and execution of platform upgrades and enhancements.
- Provide leadership, training, and guidance to junior operation team members.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in operations management, preferably in tech platform operations.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
- Exceptional understanding of business strategies and sales processes.
- Proven experience in managing and improving operational processes.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite and operation management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
