Position Description
Serves as the primary quality assurance & quality control resource to identify and implement the quality
requirement of customers for a new fabrication facility. Take required action for implementation of quality
management system through out the organisation. Identify areas for continuous improvement through
internal audit.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design, implement and document procedures for process control, process improvement, testing and
inspection.
- Develop quality planning methods for all product lines.
- Maintain and improve departmental operational performance, to meet the requirements of regulatory
authorities, company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and external and internal customers, with
respect to quality and timelly service.
- Initiate and implement quality improvement activities as appropriate to raise the performance of the
company's product lines.
- Interface with supplier and customer quality representatives concerning problems with quality control
and assure that effective corrective action is implemented.
- Act as the point of contact on all Quality matters, internally and externally.
Additional Responsibilities
Root cause analysis of customer complaints, feedback and audit observations.
- Monitoring of NDT activity & training to NDT personnels.
- Guidance to subordinate & there development.

Educational Qualifications Preferred
- Category: Engineering
- Field specialization: Mechanical/Production
- Degree: BE/B.Tech
Work Experience: 10 -15 years of relevant work experience.
