Have proven experience of working to tight deadlines
Have some understanding of payroll legislation in India, France, Singapore UAE, UK, US
Excellent customer services skills
Ability to perform manual calculations as and when required
Knowledge of statutory and legislative regulations
Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal
Knowledge of local tax legislation
Handling payroll accounting
Tracking of data related to employee compensation.
Apply payroll information to the overall business (general ledger) to ensure legal compliance and accurate information for proper financial decision-making.
Prepare payroll related reconciliations (P&L and Balance Sheet items) on a monthly basis.
Co-ordinate with the banking team for funds availability for payroll and taxes.
Co-ordinate with Payroll Administrator - People and tax consultant and oversee tax compliances.
