RESPONSIBILITIES:

Solicit nominations/entries for awards from potential candidates, encouraging maximum

participation and maintaining a high standard of submissions

Engage in entry and delegate sales activities to drive participation and generate revenue for

the events

Follow up diligently with emails, calls, and meetings as required to maintain effective

communication with stakeholders

Generate audiences for the events through strategic marketing and promotional activities

Update and share relevant databases, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records

Ensure that all entry fees are made before the presentation to the jury, adhering to

established timelines and procedures

Collaborate closely with the Tech team to implement event-related technologies and ensure

smooth functioning during the events

Coordinate with the design team to develop visually appealing event materials and collateral

Liaise with the sales team to align strategies and effectively promote event participation and

sponsorship opportunities
