As Assistant/Deputy Manager - HR, you will be responsible part of Human Resource Shared Services that support for entire Hire to Retire, Payroll, and Retiral Benefits and related support activities.
You will be responsible in improving the overall delivery efficiency of HR Shared Services team by following people management guidelines.
Your roles and responsibilities of the position will be -
- Retiral Benefits Provident Fund and Superannuation
- Complete Higher Pension Plan request of current and past employees and offer necessary support to complete, verify, and process paperwork for all the applicants.
- Manage and address the Provident Fund and superannuation related queries for both current & retired employees. Help in the Provident Fund settlements though online & offline to the left Employees.
- Monitoring, tracking & providing proactive responses on escalated cases, if any.
- Provide necessary guidance to employees for Provident Fund Know Your Customer (KYC) & Transfer Management and Pension Management.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, conduct risk assessments, and prepare accurate performance reports.
- Coordination with third party providers for generating UAN no. for new employees and their Know Your Customer(KYC).
- Submitting Provident Fund Electronic Challan Receipt (ECR). Sharing Electronic Challan Receipts to business unit employees as a part of relevant compliances.
- Extend support to auditors from time to time with necessary data and policies.
- Verification of form 11 and form 2 and sharing with respective single point of contact for Provident Fund processes.
- Managing Provident Fund activities for international workers and ensuring compliances.
- Gratuity
- Coordination with Life Insurance Corporation for gratuity related claims with providing accurate details and ensuring settlement.
- Managing gratuity provisions with Life Insurance Corporation.
- Extend support to auditors from time to time with necessary data and policies.
- Verification of gratuity nomination forms and subsequent coordination with existing and new joiners and maintain proper record.
- Insurance and Employee Wellbeing
- Review of existing group insurance policies like Group Mediclaim Coverage, Group Personal Accident, Group Term Life, Travel Policy, Employee compensation and managing their annual renewals.
- Drive the Atlas Copco Wellbeing Framework, while strategizing the initiatives
- Coordinate with brokers and Third-Party Administrator's for managing the policies and timely claim settlement.
- Communication of relevant benefits program to employees and handling their queries, related to the same.
- Facilitating the provision of new addition/deletion/correction data in Insurance records for employees within stipulated timelines.
- Maintaining a frequent and timely connect with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper implementation of the policies.
- Security, Medical and Transport Facility Administration
- Analyze and evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of Security & Canteen operations to identify risks or opportunities for improvement in security standards through auditing, review, or assessment.
- Maintain effectiveness over activities related to internal medical facilities, while coordinating with factory medical officer and support staff.
- Coordinate with transport providers for company transport facility. Support employees on transport related requests and queries and process invoices and coordinate payments to vendors.
- Manage and coordinate the requirements for canteen, security and medical facilities by raising purchase orders, invoice processing and payment coordination.
- Other Activities
- Extend necessary support to Human Resource teams.
- Conduct awareness sessions and webinars for area of responsibility.
- Raise purchase orders and invoice processing wherever applicable.
- Vendor and stakeholder coordination.
To succeed, you will need -
- Strong experience (8-10 years) in HR and administrative environment.
- Previous experience in Shared services, Customer Support and Admin is preferable.
- Minimum Education MBA in HR, Graduate in Commerce and Management
