Client : Tech Mahindra BPS

Full time Emp with Tech Mahindra BPS

Location: Hyderabad - WFO

Max Budget : Up to 6.5 LPA (post hike give) max hike 30%

Position 1: Mandatory Skills: Minimum 5 yrs. Of experience in a BPO of which 2 years of experience as Team Manager / Team Leader / should have exp in Sales Process

Position 2: Mandatory Skills: Minimum 5 yrs. Of experience in a BPO of which 2 years of experience as Team Manager / Team Leader / should have exp in Ecom process or Banking Customer service process

JD for Assistant Manager Ops(Sales or Ecom Process )-

Minimum qualification Graduation

Minimum 5years of experience is a must of which minimum 2 years of experience as Team Manager / Team Leader / First Level Manager in Ecom process or Banking Customer service process

Must have experience in BPO sector.

Team Manager should be proficient in MS Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Team Manager should be able to fluently converse and write in English & Hindi. Strong Communication Skills (Versant 60 & above)

Should have basic understanding of Operational Metrics, Coaching and Conflict management is expected from the role.
