Role Details:

The Operations Excellence Dy. Manager or Asst Manager will play an essential role in designing and effectively implementing the processes pan India working closely with the Sr Managers and Thought Leaders in the organization.

This role will require understanding of project planning, coordinating expectations and implementation of processes to consistently drive improvements within Cult's fitness centers encompassing roles such as trainers, center managers, and housekeeping at the center level, as well as their respective monitoring and support functions at the central level including trainer operations, center operations, control tower, facilities and customer support. The end goal is to ensure that the highly standardized processes designed are followed by everyone in the organization.

The role will be responsible for:

  • Timely project delivery
  • SOP roll out and adherence
  • Identification of process gaps
  • Mitigation of ground challenges

Key metrics the owner is responsible for include:

  • Process adherence (Zero non-conformance on the ground)
  • Defects & breaches (within defined limits)
  • Quality
  • Customer Net Promoter Score

The role would cover all 1P, 2P, 3P and centers across gyms, group workouts and sports.

Looking for candidates with 3+ years of experience in an Operations Excellence or Design role with minimum 2 years in execution on the ground; preferably from retail / e-commerce background.

Good to have - Lean Six Sigma certification, Engineering or Mathematics related degree
