Recently we have introduced a range of moist ready to eat Cakes under the brand name of Kuppies.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop new products as per brief for Retail and Food Service, all within the shortest time frame and within defined quality parameters.
• Actively keep abreast of international food trends, new ingredients and concepts and proactively share them within the department and with marketing, where relevant to our business.
• Develop methods and suggest initiatives to improve existing product in terms of quality, cost structure through substitutes or shelf life and share ideas for improvements in existing recipes for their relevance and competitiveness.
• Help create and deliver product application knowledge, training materials and presentations as required to support other departments.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelors/Masters in Food Technology.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in product development in bakery segment
• In depth knowledge of food science and sensory analysis.
• Good communication and collaborative skills
• Innovative and solution oriented mindset.
