Job Description

She/He will be responsible for implementation of QMS/ IATF/EHS systems, need to prepare maintain business process flow, business objective, SOP, MRM, KPI for IATF/ EHS Audit for entire Plant.
She/He will be MR of the company and need to face various customer audits on Behalf of Company. Need to close all queries, NC, suggestions or points suggested by customer.
Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice planning, vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance
Contribute to new business initiatives, projects, review and communicate the impact on Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Develop the Management Systems strategy and the management arrangements for key milestones, demonstrating solid progress against plan
Should have Certified internal auditor for IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001:2015 ISO 45001:2018
Implement all relevant procedures related to Quality Management System (QMS) / EHS at all plant.
Standardization of policy formats and implementation at all plant. Work with Plant quality teams
Preparation of departmental monthly Process MIS for management review.
Preparing Audit schedules, Conducting Internal Audits , preparing audit reports, Writing Nonconformity reports.
Responsible for handling / coordinating internal (System/Manufacturing Process/Product), Customer and external audits (3rd Party audit), Supplier Audit.
Responsible to submit countermeasure against Internal / External Customer Quality System Audits
NC s action and implementation monitoring their Effectiveness against Quality and system Issue.
Responsible for Preparing WI, Procedures, Standards their review/updating
Preparing Management Review Meeting Schedule and conducting Management Review Meetings (MRM).
Communicating to the Top Management on Quality issues / Non-conformities Audit reports.
Document Control / Change management and their approval.
Responsible for issuance of controlled documents to each section.
Responsible for identifying implement the CSR(Customer Specific Requirements) in process wise.
Excellent knowledge of Automotive Core Tools (PFMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP APQP)
CAPA formation along with CFT against the problems faced at In-house / customer end
Should have Good analytical skill, knowledge of Quality Tools
Provide scheduled trainings for knowledge skill development such as IATF / EHS / QMS / Product / Process / Problem solving/HIRA/ASPECT IMPACT to subordinates workmen.
Should aware about CNC, Moulding, Sheet Metal process Assembly Process.
TPM Awareness and exposure required for Quality Improvement Projects.
