The Assistant Manager MEP Designer is responsible for overseeing the design and integration of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in plotted land developments. The role involves collaborating with design teams, architects, and contractors to ensure that MEP systems are effectively planned and implemented, adhering to regulatory standards and project timelines. This position is critical to ensuring the functionality, sustainability, and compliance of all infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- MEP Design & Planning: Participate in the design and development of MEP systems for plotted developments, contributing to water supply, electrical distribution, and sewage systems.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure hands-on involvement in checking designs against local codes, building regulations, and environmental standards, particularly for regions like Telangana.
- Team Coordination & Support: Work closely with architects and engineers, both managing and assisting in the integration of MEP systems into overall project designs.
- System Efficiency & Sustainability: Actively optimize MEP designs for energy efficiency and sustainability, using modern, eco-friendly technologies.
- Documentation & Approvals: Prepare and review detailed design documentation, technical specifications, and drawings for regulatory submissions.
- Vendor & Contractor Collaboration: Directly engage with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality and compliance during installation, while also stepping in to solve practical on-site issues.
- Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Contribute to the estimation of costs and budget management, ensuring the delivery of high-quality systems within financial constraints.
- Site Installation & Supervision: Monitor and participate in MEP system installations on-site, ensuring strict compliance with design, safety, and timeline requirements.
- Problem Solving & Troubleshooting: Actively address and resolve technical issues or challenges during the design or installation phases.
- System Testing & Handover: Ensure that all systems are thoroughly tested and commissioned, working hands-on to complete operational documentation for a smooth handover.
- Innovation & Technology: Continuously research and implement the latest MEP technologies to enhance the quality and efficiency of projects.

Pay: 500,000.00 - 800,000.00 per year
