Key Responsibilities
- Adjudication of Travel International Medical claims and Processing as per policy T &C.
- Thorough knowledge on CPT, ICD and DRG codes. HIPPA and DPA certified.
- Ability to read UB04 and HCFA bills.
- Identify, highlight and investigate the Fraudulent claims.
- Ensure Policy benefits are paid accurately.
- Effectively communicate with Client, customer and team for seamless claim process.
- Weekly and Monthly Report Outs
