Job Overview
The Assistant Manager - Marketing will be responsible for driving brand awareness, launching
key campaigns, and executing impactful brand collaborations for the Hustlr brand. This role
requires a dynamic marketing professional with a strategic and creative mindset to lead
collection launches, support performance marketing, and oversee regional activations aimed at
boosting store footfalls.
Acting as the single point of contact for both BTL and performance marketing creative support, the Assistant Manager will play a crucial role in bringing the brand's vision to life through multi-
channel campaigns and initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic brand marketing plans to elevate Hustlr's presence and align with brand objectives.
- Monitor and report on brand performance, using data to optimize campaigns and improve brand positioning for Hustlr.
- Identify and manage partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand reach and relevance for the overall Lenskart brand.
- Work with external partners to develop co-branded campaigns and ensure alignment with Hustlr's values and target audience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the performance marketing team, providing creative support and aligning assets with campaign goals.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing, on-brand creative assets.
- Develop and oversee the production of marketing materials that engage customers and drive in- store engagement and other BTL initiative with the concerned team.
- Plan and execute regional marketing activations focused on driving foot traffic to stores.
- Analyze the effectiveness of regional campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to maximize store visits.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
- 4-6 years of experience in marketing project management or a similar role.
- Ability to develop long-term marketing plans that support brand growth and customer engagement.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale projects, including product launches and regional activations.
- Ability to provide direction for creative assets, with a keen eye for branding and design.
- Proficiency in analyzing campaign data and making data-driven decisions to improve performance.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
