Job Description Assistant Manager Marketing
What you will do:
Manage performance marketing for the biggest gaming company.- Acquire new playing users at the most optimized cost.
- Work on managing campaigns across multiple channels including Meta, Google, programmatic platforms, affiliates, influencers, media buying, etc.
- Own marketing processes and liaise with other department stakeholders to ensure quick turnarounds.
- Develop optimal working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and set governance and reporting processes.
- Work on developing logics/rules to optimize campaigns and monitoring them daily to ensure adherence to key KPIs.
- Own key metrics like - new user Acquisition / Cost per new user / Quality of new user /Website traffic and quality.
- Create marketing plans and forecasting the results by considering the factors like market size, audience personas, and targeting groups.
- Perform Data segmentation and analysis to take some meaningful strategic approaches into the campaign.
- Perform multi-level A/B testing by in-depth analysis of the tactics mix, historical data, and user behavior to meet the KPIs.
- Use world class BI and communication tools to move the ship in the right direction.
- Analyze data and figure out leaky product and communication flows and fix them.
- Keep growing the new user acquisitions, month on month, simple.
What you'll bring: At least 2-5years of previous experience in marketing (preferably performance marketing) in B2C internet companies
Experience in managing digital Campaigns for Apps while optimizing campaign for the given objectives.
Go-getter attitude - Mustn't shy away from experiments and analyzing the outcome properly for future scalability.
Knowledge of the B2C digital marketing landscape including user acquisition funnel, MMPs, and communication tools. Hands on experience with Appsflyer/Branch/Adjust & Clevertap/MoEngage is preferred.
Revenue centricity and comfort with understanding technical nuances, the curiosity to learn, and the desire to know the domain, deeply.
Comfortable in working with cross-functional teams and owning the outcomes.
Good understanding of data and the knack of finding out meaningful insights and making decisions based on them.
