Assistant Manager /Manager -US Tax

We are hiring for US Tax (Partnership) - Bangalore location

Role : Assistant Manager /Manager

• Roles & Responsibilities:

Regarded as a Subject Matter Expert within business unit and shares knowledge

• Real estate/Rental Real Estate/Private Equity

Make recommendations on internal department procedures

• Leverage industry knowledge and business acumen blending cross serve opportunities into client engagements

Review associates engagement deliverables (such as tax returns, workpapers, etc.)

• Supervise, train and mentor staff; listen and communicate effectively

Work to develop responsible, trained staff by conducting performance feedback and evaluations

• Additional responsibilities as assigned .

• Skills & Qualifications Required:

Min 5 to 10 years into 1065 Partnership.

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's in accounting, EA or CPA preferred

5 years of experience in public accounting or related field

• 1+ years supervisory experience

Real estate/Rental Real Estate/Private Equity

• Ability to manage all aspects of client engagements

Ability to manage deadlines, work on multiple assignments and prioritize each assignment as necessary

• Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization.

Proficient use of applicable technology

• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
