We are hiring for US Tax (Partnership) - Bangalore location
Role : Assistant Manager /Manager
- Roles & Responsibilities:
Regarded as a Subject Matter Expert within business unit and shares knowledge
- Real estate/Rental Real Estate/Private Equity
Make recommendations on internal department procedures- Leverage industry knowledge and business acumen blending cross serve opportunities into client engagements
Review associates engagement deliverables (such as tax returns, workpapers, etc.)
- Supervise, train and mentor staff; listen and communicate effectively
Work to develop responsible, trained staff by conducting performance feedback and evaluations- Additional responsibilities as assigned .
- Skills & Qualifications Required:
Min 5 to 10 years into 1065 Partnership.- Bachelor's degree required; Master's in accounting, EA or CPA preferred
5 years of experience in public accounting or related field
- 1+ years supervisory experience
Real estate/Rental Real Estate/Private Equity- Ability to manage all aspects of client engagements
Ability to manage deadlines, work on multiple assignments and prioritize each assignment as necessary
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization.
Proficient use of applicable technology- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
