We are seeking a highly motivated and technical Sourcing Manager to join our growing SCM team. In this
role, you will be responsible for sourcing a variety of materials and components critical for our
manufacturing operations. This role involves managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and
ensuring a reliable supply of high-quality components and materials. The successful candidate will
collaborate with the global sourcing team to align strategies, optimize costs, and support the overall
business objectives.
Source various electrical items (IGBT, PCBs, Transformer, switchgears, cables, batteries, panels,
electrical and electronic components etc.). Prepare RFQ, follow with suppliers for quote, negotiate with
vendors, prepare commercial evaluation, and release purchase orders. Ensure on time delivery of
goods /service through pro-active communication.
Focus on Vendor Management and cost optimization. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers
/service providers. Search and source potential /alternate suppliers, maintain a database of approved
suppliers.
Track, measure and analyse company expenditures and provide reports timely.
Ensure adherence to internal guideline and compliance with statutory requirement.
Validate sourcing related documents.
Manage all transactions through ERP (Preferably Oracle ERP).
Work with cross functional or cross regional teams to drive sourcing and procurement initiatives that
add value to business.
Execution of PR to PO process in ERP.
o PO creation in Oracle.
o Follow up with Suppliers in India & Overseas.
o Expediting Deliveries
o Checking of Invoice & Sending for GRN

Education; - Electrical Engineer
Essential: - Sourcing of Electrical, Mechanical and electromechanical parts
Desired: - Commercial Knowledge RFQ/ Quote / PO/ PR/ Domestic & Global Incoterm / Oracle
Experience:
6-12 years of experience in Sourcing of Electrical, Mechanical and electromechanical part, (Preferrable
Transformer Industry).
10 years of experience in the field of Supply chain management in electrical manufacturing industry
(Preferrable Transformer Industry).
Bachelor s degree in electrical / mechanical / Electronics / Instrumentation engineering.
Hands on experience in procurement & vendor management.
Good communication, analytical skills & excellent negotiation skills.
Able to handle multiple tasks with stringent timelines effectively.
Hands on experience with ERP module for SCM.
Hands on experience / good knowledge of logistics, INCOTERMS & documentation.
Collaborate with global & regional team in defining, deploying of category strategy and initiatives.
Identify business needs, market evolution, support sourcing, supplier-base development &
optimization.
