Position Overview
This role will focus on creating impactful video and webinar content, managing our YouTube channel, building our CEO's personal brand on LinkedIn, and developing a vibrant online community. Ideal for a marketing professional skilled in video content, webinar management, and social media strategy, with experience in B2B marketing and the ability to quickly adapt to our sector's dynamics.
Responsibilities
- Video Content Creation & Management: Lead the planning, production, and strategy for video content on YouTube and LinkedIn, delivering clear and engaging messages that reflect our brand. Tailor content to our B2B audience with an understanding of sector-specific language and trends.
- Webinar Development & Execution: Coordinate and manage webinars, from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with our marketing goals and engagement of our target audience.
- CXO Brand Building: Collaborate closely with the CXOs to shape and amplify their personal brand, positioning them as a thought leader on LinkedIn, with content tailored to industry trends and insights.
- Community Development & Engagement: Build and nurture a community around our brand through consistent interaction, engagement strategies, and content that resonates with our target audience.
- Audience Insights & Analysis: Quickly learn and adapt to our industry, understanding target audiences to create tailored content. Track performance and engagement metrics, providing actionable insights for optimization.
Requirements/ Skill Sets
- Bachelor's degree (Any)
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on social media (videos), webinars, and community engagement.
- Experience in building and managing a personal brand for senior leaders, ideally on LinkedIn.
- Strong ability to learn quickly and understand industry-specific content, with a knack for tailoring messaging to different audience segments.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills, capable of capturing the CEO's vision authentically.
- Experience managing freelancers and vendors, ensuring alignment with pipeline goals and deadlines. (Knowledge of video production and webinar tools is a plus, but strong coordination skills are essential)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on social media and video performance.
