Assistant Manager / Manager - Legal

In10 Media Pvt Ltd., a media and entertainment company, situated in Oshiwara, Mumbai, is seeking a Manager Legal who possesses expertise in structuring contracts such as talent agreements and production agreements. should possess strong language and communication abilities, as well as a solid understanding of the Copyright Act.

This is a good work from office opportunity to gain experience working/dealing with contracts of production houses, studios, OTT platforms, broadcasters, and also in compliance with regulatory bodies like MIB, TRAI. The JD is as below:

Compensation: Depends on experience, exposure and previous drawn within the maximum budget of 9 lakhs

Job Description Manager Legal [Experience 5 8 years]

§ Drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements, MOUs, LOAs, etc. for broadcast deals, film/program production, department related contracts, etc.

§ Drafting legal opinion

§ Keeping a tab on latest legal and industry developments and updating the Company on the same

§ Overseeing the legal MIS and ensuring that all is in place

§ Liasoning inter and intra department and with external counterparts, counsels, etc.

§ Reviewing/overseeing/protecting the Trademark of the Company

§ Due diligence

§ Research

§ Routine legal work
