Position Responsibilities
The incumbent will support regions to increase sales and the revenue contribution from tender business.
The person will report to the General Manager/National BD Head- Bids & Tender. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.
General Duties & Responsibilities
- Source tender from private and government portals
- Work with BM/DM/RM to inspect the site and work out a competitive price
- Upload all necessary documents on the portal for technical and price bids
- Support Government and Private agencies where required to frame guidelines for technical bid which will help them shortlist the best service provider
- Visit Government and Private company offices as required to understand their pest control requirements and educate them of latest trends (innovation) which will help RPCI have better probability of winning the bids
- Analyse tenders sourced, quoted, won, etc and work out plans to improve on all these parameters
Key Deliverables
- Liasion with government departments.
- Making initial contacts for business development in special sectors
- Coordinating and developing relations within various government departments.
- Improving customer relations with known existing customers.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (or its equivalent) with a minimum of 5 years of RPCI experience
- Prior experience in managing tender business will be added advantage
- Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and PPT
- Good verbal & written communications skills.
