- General electronics including analog, digital, PLC systems, servo motors drives .
- Basic electrical knowledge.
- Knowledge on Power Electronics fundamentals Latest trends.
- Specific knowledge about high voltage electrical test equipment
- Siemens PLC programming knowledge, HMI SCADA
- Process industry exposure
- Knowledge on Mechanical, pneumatics, hydraulic Robotics systems.
- ISO/TS standards-Contribute to documentation of departmental activities for Audit compliance.
- Knowledge of Problem solving tools, SMED, TPM.
- Knowledge of MS office including excel, word PP
- Knowledge of latest trends in Industry like 4i , IOT
- Fluency in English communication both verbal written .
Responsibilities (Accountable For)
- Responsible for Electronics/ Electrical Maintenance of Machines production equipment s.
- Daily B/D maint. - To train or guide mechanics / Technicians for timely / accurate repairs, Maintenance breakdown analysis, Planned maintenance. Based on MBA, Prev. Maint. - Making PM plan/schedule
- Spare parts planning and inventory control.
- Interfacing/coordination with cross functional teams .
- Improvement/Modification - Improvement of machines for improving Q,C,D performance.
- Records - OEE monitoring, History cards, system adherence.
- Lead in implementing low cost automation projects thru small teams
- Improvement activities for productivity ; quality of products, Yield improvement
- Will have to develop customized electrical test set ups as per specific requirements.
- Documentation of ISO/EMS
- Should be able to handle team of technicians /mechanics .
- Communication with external vendors , suppliers both in India Abroad.
