Key Accountabilities
Conduct daily toolbox talk with contractual manpower for adherence to safety compliance and awareness of job specific knowledge and safeguard for HIRAC
Timely execution of planned and break down corrective activities for availability of E&I asset for operation with better reliability
Adherence to SOP, Job specific work instruction, HIRAC, Aspect Impact for E&I maintenance related activities and ensure 100% adherence. Compliance to PTW, PESO, OISD , API , Legal and other statutory compliances related to E&I maintenance
Co-ordination with Operations, Safety, Store, Third Party Contractor for timely execution of all E&I related jobs with due respect safety process
Basic Electrical technical knowledge of LOTO , Flame proof Motor , Lighting , HT & LT Switch Gear , VFD , Soft Starter , UPS , DOL & Star Delta starter, Power & Control Cables , High Mast , energy meter , power change over and other associate Electrical equipment of Liquid Terminal.
Basic instrumentation technical knowledge for DCS , PLC , SCADA , TFMS , Radar , MST , GD , MOV , XV , Control Valve , CCTV , PA & FA system Batch Controller , Mass Flow Meter , Pressure/Temperature/Level/Flow Transmitter and control system , DCV , RIT , PID Loop and other associate Instrument equipment of Liquid Terminal..
Maintain IMS objective for ISO-900 / 14000 / 18000 / 50000 and co-ordinate with internal and external customer to update records.
Real time updating the data in SAP PM module and consumption of material on function location.
Upkeep inventory reports and coordinate with project team for E&I project activities during shift.

Prepare technical, safety and behavior competencies, TNI , training schedule of contractual manpower , conduct training to enhance technical skill of E&I technician. Motivate team to find innovative ideas for process efficiency, safety and overall system improvement.
Qualifications
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
(degree, training, or certification required)
BE / Diploma in Electrical / Instrument / Electronics Engineering.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: (no. of years of technical, functional, and/or leadership experience or specific exposure required)
Minimum 2 to 5 years for BE
Minimum 6 to 9 years for Diploma
Experience: Instrumentation/Electrical maintenance in Chemical plant, refinery, fertilizer, petrochemical, Liquid Terminal
