Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee the transportation of goods, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency
  • Manage documentation related to import/export, customs clearance, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline logistics operations
  • Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to maintain accurate records
  • Implement best practices for supply chain management to optimize operational efficiency
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance in all logistics activities
  • Lead a team of logistics coordinators and provide guidance on operational processes
  • Prepare reports and analysis on logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Resolve any issues or delays in transportation and documentation to minimize disruptions

Experience

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years of experience in logistics and documentation within the Oil and Gas industry
  • Demonstrated expertise in supply chain management and regulatory compliance
  • Proven track record of optimizing logistics processes and enhancing documentation accuracy

Education Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
