Location Monitoring Visits Quality & Quantity Conduct location monitoring visits for aligned geography and channel as per Approved Visit plan Conduct visits as per the guidelines defined in Visit Check List to ensure quality and comprehensiveness verifications to be conducted around areas of :-

  • Statutory & Regulatory Norms (Shops & Establishment Act, Fire NOC, GST, Occupancy Certificate, PF, ESI Acts etc.)
  • IT Security Aspects (USB Disablement, Bluetooth, Security Patches, Printer Access, Antivirus Update, Firewall etc.)
  • Access Management (Access to Internet, IT Applications, Rights within the IT Applications, Email Access)
  • Sales Process Related Checks (Calls from 140 line, Back Check Call Script, E-KYC Registration)
  • Infra Checks (Security Guards SOP, CCTV Footage Monitoring, Mobile Usage Guidelines Adherence etc..)

Visit to Sales Sites across cities allocated to resource.

Prepare Visit reports basis the compliance check at sites

Discuss the Visit reports with Zonal Location Monitoring and seek approval to Release the Visit reports to location manager and discuss Quality controls.

Prepare and publish Monthly dashboard of compliance status with Zonal Location Monitoring SPOC

Correction Action Adequacy Review and Action Completion Tracking Recommend corrective actions to Process owners for Visit observations Review the action plan submitted by Process owners for mitigation of gaps identified in location monitoring Visit Track completion of corrective actions against Visit observations Prepare and publish Monthly dashboard for the Action completion status to Zonal Location Monitoring SPOC

Management Reporting & Process Compliance Present periodic & timely updates to Zonal Location monitoring SPOC on key metrices regarding process compliance Ensure the functional process are documented with help of BPM Team and are signed off from stakeholders. Ensure the functional process documents are updated to keep these relevant and recent at all times. Driving Continuous Process Improvement initiatives discussions with Zonal Location monitoring SPOC and Stakeholders

Stake Holder Coordination Work closely with stakeholders for :-

  • Sales Team : For completion of location monitoring Visits and surprise Visits. Action planning and Action Completion
  • WE Team : Share observations around PSA management gaps. Action planning and completion tracking
  • InfoSec Team : For defining the access controls and measurement of adherence to guidelines

Completion of Visits as per defined plan Quality of Visits Publishing the Compliance status and action closure as per timelines

Qualification & Experience: Understanding of Credit Card Sales & Operations process and compliance requirements. Strong relationship management skills Excellent Communication, presentation & Analytical skills. Eye for Detail Strong Understanding of Field Audit Process Fluency in MS Office. Experience in sales processes and in Field Audit related activities will be an advantage Proven stakeholder management skills Minimum 3 -5 years of work experience in Operations, Sales, Field Audit or in Partner Management

Graduate or above and Credit card or from Banking Industry
