The selected candidate shall be responsible for working on Compliance Automation tool used for mapping, tracking and reporting compliances, and helping manage Firstsource s regulatory compliance framework to enable reporting to leadership, liaising with Firstsource s external partner(s), and handling other applications and technology being used to manage compliance activities of Firstsource.
Regulatory Compliance Management Framework:
Mapping, tracking, and reporting compliance status of Firstsource:
(a) understanding what laws and regulations are applicable to Firstsource s industry and business processes
(b) monitoring compliances
(c) reporting compliances to stakeholders
(d ) Serving as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding compliance related queries.
(e) Overseeing changes and updates to the compliance tools.
(f) Stay abreast of legal developments and changes in regulatory requirements to proactively address potential non compliances.
Compliance Reviews
- Review compliances under applicable laws for India and Philippines and update them.
- Conduct compliance reviews and create management reports on areas of non-compliance and implement corrective measures.
- Manage compliance audits
- Handle queries on compliances from stakeholders
- Train users on and create awareness about Firstsource s regulatory compliance framework within the organization.
Adhoc Projects
Take on ad hoc projects during lean periods to support Firstsources legal and compliance objectives including but not limited to contract review, working on the contract lifecycle management tool, managing litigation management tool, updating and reviewing policies and SOPs
Key Performance Indicators - Collaborate with management, business and other departments on compliance issues.
- Ensure that compliance issues/concerns are being appropriately evaluated and resolved

- Regulatory Compliance experience required, along with the experience of having worked on any regulatory compliance tool in the market.
