Position Overview:
We are looking for an Assistant Manager of Learning & Development to support the implementation of learning initiatives and contribute to the development of training programs. This role will work closely with the Senior Manager L&D to execute various learning interventions and ensure their effective delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the development and implementation of learning programs across the organization
Design and create training content for various learning interventions
Conduct training need analysis in coordination with business units
Facilitate training sessions and workshops
Maintain training records and generate regular reports on training metrics
Coordinate with external training partners and vendors
Assist in the administration of the learning management system
Support the evaluation of training effectiveness
Help organize learning events and employee development initiatives
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Education, or related field
4-7 years of experience in L&D or corporate training
Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
Proficiency in creating training content using various authoring tools
Strong facilitation and presentation skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Good understanding of e-learning methodologies
Proficient in MS Office suite
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in a relevant field
Certification in training or instructional design
Experience with virtual training delivery
Knowledge of learning management systems
Experience in content curation and microlearning
