This role will create, design and deliver the developmental and organizational training requirements to enhance FAI employee s knowledge, skill and abilities to perform effectively.
Competencies
- Work with the Business Unit Managers or BU Heads to do the training need analysis with respect to Business, Functional and Individual needs
- Able to Design, schedule, organize and implement workshops, seminars, conferences and similar events as per the business requirements
- Able to provide a Professional, proactive service and delivering the L&D solutions at all levels
- Should possess knowledge about Training evaluation tools and Techniques (Kirkpatric, CIRO Model etc.,)
- Knowledge about Copyright laws and licensing procedures
- Able to design training effectiveness measuring tools by using Questionnaire, Self-rating, Multi-rating etc.,
- Should possess knowledge to evaluate quality of training and effectiveness on demand metrics
- Review individual training requests from employees of FAI in a timely manner; ensures that requests comply with FAI s policies and procedures and are supported by training plan and budget
- Should be able to handle logistics for all external training programs (e.g., facilities, lodging, food and beverages, transportation, registration etc.)
- Prepare and provide timely and accurate Dash boards, written reports and other statistical and narrative information as required or requested
Educational Qualification and Experience:
- Any Graduates/Post Graduate preference to an MA English Literature or Linguistics from a reputed institute
- A minimum of 7-10years of experience in similar role
- Good analytical skills - detail oriented
- Knowledge on advanced Excel, Word & Power point is mandatory
- Certifications like CELTA, TEFL etc. added advantage
