Job Description:
We are seeking a strong Assistant Manager (Qualtrics) with proven ability to work well in teams, partnering with stake holders, and has analytical mindset to approach problems and give solution.
Responsibilities:
- Write scripts to develop and enhance data pipelines, ingestion, storage solutions and data processing systems
- Perform research survey programming using Qualtrics.
- Should be involved in Qualtrics Application Administration, Survey Programming and Design, Analysis and Reports Generation, Data Migration, engineering best practices (e.g. unit and integration testing, code reviews, design documents, architecture reviews, impact analysis, etc.,)
- Good with operations and engineering best practices (e.g. unit and integration testing, code reviews, design documents, architecture reviews, impact analysis, etc.,)
Skills:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science.
- 8+ years of professional experience in Data modeling, engineering, and managing IT solutions.
- 5+ years of strong experience in writing scripts to develop and enhance data pipelines, ingestion, storage solutions and data processing systems.
- Proven experience in SQL handling big data and complex queries.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Qualtrics in research survey programming, invitation designing, directory management.
- Strong Experience with programming languages like Python, and frameworks in Java Script, consume REST APIs, UI knowledge on HTML, CSS, jQuery, etc.,
