Manpower Requisition Form (MRF) Particulars Details Department & Location Architect, Head Office Santacruz Designation Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager- Architect Job Specification Reading and understanding blueprints and technical diagrams. Specifying the requirements for the project Planning & preparing proposal of drawings. Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations. Submission of drawings, architectural drawings, and working drawings in coordination with the External Team and internal Engineering & marketing team. Follow architectural trends and advancements. To coordinate with External Architects and Engineering & Marketing team Coordination with Service consultant for structural plumbing. To Coordinate and follow up with Municipal Architects regarding project design, approvals, etc.. External Coordination with various consultants to finalize the work. Meeting & interacting with technical representatives, various agencies with a view of the execution of the projects To visit regularly to building sites, proposed locations, and client meetings. Internal Coordination with MEP, Structural & Architectural Design, Liasioning with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects Writing and presenting reports, proposals, applications, and contracts. Necessary Qualification & Skills set B. Arch, M. Arch / AutoCAD Work Experience 8-10 years CTC PA Upto 8LPA to 8.5LPA
