Implementing IT strategies for better working.
Oversee day-to-day operations and provide support to staff at all levels.
Support in development and implementation of software like SAP, Payroll software etc.
Ensure compliance to organizational standards, including safety standards and client or customer communications.
Monitor and provide feedback to manage staff to effect improvements in organizational goals.
MIS & Data reporting related to various domains.
Backup management.
Assist managers and other staff with procurement of necessary materials and equipment.
Server & application management.
Identifying problems related and providing solution.
Maintaining safe and secure work environment.
10-15 Years of experience in similar profile.
Bachelor/Masters degree in Computer Science or similar.
Hands on experience of development and implementation of various software like SAP, Tally, Payroll etc.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with notable experience handling multiple projects and tasks.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to positively interact with staff and clients.
Willingness to work extended hours and be on-call for other duties, as needed.
