Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Manager at Insignia Learning located in Mumbai, with flexibility for some remote work. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing exclusive programs for our clients in the pharmaceutical industry. This will involve in-depth market research and analysis, identifying need gaps, and providing solutions to help our clients stand out and enhance better patient care for healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

Experience in evidence based medical writing skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
• Proficient in market research and analysis
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Experience in medical education or healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Medical, Pharmacy, Biotech, and others)
