Job Description:
The Program Manager will oversee and drive the end-to-end management of some of T-Hub's programs and engagements, working closely with a cohort of socially-driven startups. This includes program design and delivery, stakeholder management, and progress tracking to support each startup's journey. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the social impact landscape, expertise in program management, and a passion for supporting mission-driven entrepreneurs

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and execution of the programs, aligning with T-Hub's mission and the needs of each cohort.
Plan and coordinate workshops, mentorship sessions, and events to provide startups with valuable learning and networking opportunities.
Manage cohort selection, onboarding, and day-to-day program activities, ensuring timely execution of the program.
Track startup progress, metrics, and milestones to assess growth and impact.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the cohort, providing guidance, support, and resources to help startups overcome challenges.
Build and maintain relationships with key partners including corporate sponsors, investors, mentors, and service providers to support program activities.
Regularly update internal and external stakeholders on program performance, progress, and success stories.
Facilitate partnerships between startups and key stakeholders to support market access and scaling opportunities.
Work with founders to design go-to-market strategies and business models, and pitch presentations for Demo Days & fundraising.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the program's impact on startup growth and social outcomes.
Create end-of-cohort reports summarising achievements, insights, and recommendations for future programs.
