Job Description
Re-direct queries/ challenges to relevant departments for a speedy resolution and track of closures.
Create and maintain database of day-to-day challenges resolved creating accountability for verticals leading to better managing of resources (Crew, hotels, DHT, man day loss) in turn resulting in enhanced cost saving.
Record keeping and sharing of monthly reports to Fleet Captains/ Deputy Chief Pilot & Chief Pilot - Line Ops where challenges were not timely addressed by other departments.
To provide assistance and resolution in all aspects possible 24*7*365 days. (emergency assistance, out of base, for cases such as sickness or injury, etc.)
To maintain respect, dignity and make Iconnect 2.0 an examplary team of Line Operations
To create and promote a positive, effective and appropriate work environment across bases
Day to day challenges which need multi department coordination to be addressed effectively in a timely manner.
Ensuring hotel confirmation before the arrival of the Pilots. Ex- last min hotel requirements/ changes/ assisting in addressing instances of no hotel bookings / IRD menu challenges etc.
Support and follow up on swap requests in day of ops and help on swap requests, if requiring minor adjustments to schedule without affecting future rosters (Swap not possible through icrew).
Strong Inter Departmental Connect for resolving all queries on behalf of Pilots.
To act as a back up for Base Fleet Supervisors and improve the quality of Connect and response time in their absence
Help with day to day scheduling, training, simulator and admin queries 24/7
Improve NPS and help ifly in Customer Appreciation and closure of Customer feedback
Work closely with HR on assistance with Raksha TPA
Regular base visits to interact with pilots and to build a strong bond with iConnect
Willing to work on 24*7 rotational Shifts
Any other task assigned by reporting manager/Chief Pilot Line ops
