- Design and deliver strategy and architecture for Hire to Retire solutions and capabilities. End to end life cycle management
- Effectively communicate with the technical team and internal team members while maintaining confidentiality.
- Run the HR processes on SuccessFactors including PMS, Annual Increments, Promotions, Leave module management etc.
- Maintains daily operation of vital business processes as per internal governance requirements
- Lead and participate in critical projects which may require new or significantly enhanced IT Applications and/or Integrations/ BOTS.
- Work closely with various functional teams to create project schedule and deliverables by defining the scope, objectives, metrics and plan for both business process improvements and other specific projects
- Provide technical mentoring, as required, to educate about and support technical compliance to standards within the HR solutions team
- Manage the data management and implementations of other technological solutions with respect to benefits & reimbursements
E-Learning
- Manage the administration aspects of LinkedIn Learning, Monthly reporting & analytics
- Design learning paths on LinkedIn platform in alignment with the requirement of different functional leaders and teams
- Design and execute learning journeys around the new age technologies
