This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Manager. The HR Manager will be responsible for monitoring and implementing all HR-related tasks, preparing and maintaining HR data, ensuring statutory compliance, managing recruitment, and overseeing employee attendance and leave records. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- HR Monitoring and Implementation: Oversee and execute all HR-related tasks and processes to ensure smooth operations.
- HR Data Management: Prepare, maintain, and review all HR-related data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, Labour Welfare Fund, and other relevant regulations.
- Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process for vacant positions, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Asset Management: Maintain a database of company property issued to employees and conduct regular follow-ups.
- Attendance and Leave Management: Track and manage employee attendance, leave, and encashment records.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in an HR role is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of statutory compliance requirements (PF, ESIC, Labour Welfare Fund, etc.).
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing HR data and processes.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with team members and across departments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with attendance and leave management systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
