Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Manager. The HR Manager will be responsible for monitoring and implementing all HR-related tasks, preparing and maintaining HR data, ensuring statutory compliance, managing recruitment, and overseeing employee attendance and leave records. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • HR Monitoring and Implementation: Oversee and execute all HR-related tasks and processes to ensure smooth operations.
  • HR Data Management: Prepare, maintain, and review all HR-related data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, Labour Welfare Fund, and other relevant regulations.
  • Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process for vacant positions, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Asset Management: Maintain a database of company property issued to employees and conduct regular follow-ups.
  • Attendance and Leave Management: Track and manage employee attendance, leave, and encashment records.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an HR role is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of statutory compliance requirements (PF, ESIC, Labour Welfare Fund, etc.).
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing HR data and processes.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with team members and across departments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Familiarity with attendance and leave management systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
