Job Title: HR Manager

Makoons Play School is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our growing team in Ghaziabad. As an HR Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the human resource functions of our organization, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, to support the growth and success of our play school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to promote a positive work culture and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions as needed.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee performance evaluations, providing guidance and support for performance improvement.
- Assist in payroll administration, ensuring timely and accurate salary processing.
- Organize and coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and support career growth.
- Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs, job requirements, and workforce planning strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Generalist, or similar role (minimum 3 years).
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with HRIS systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
