The role of HR Business Partner at Future Market Insights is to work closely with the organizations senior management to develop an HR program that aligns with the overall aim of the company. Your expertise will be put in action to provide strategic support to our business units by consulting on hiring needs, sourcing & selection process, diversity, compliance, timeline & expectation, strategic planning and streamlining the entire HR process. You will also be required to oversee and work with operations & recruiting teams across to ensure the effective execution of all the process handled in the respective business areas.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the key senior management team to finalize resource planning and oversee recruitment process
- Establish and develop a relationship with senior management to understand the key resource issues and associated requirements to meet both current and future organizational challenges
- Translate business requirements into effective HR practices in the unit, Identify and address the HR implications of business plans, delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives
- Orient and educate managers and employees about the company policies and procedures, applying them fairly and consistently across the company
- Maintain and update role clarity documents for each position in the company
- Facilitate role discussions and goal setting discussions between managers and employees regularly and managing effectively appraisal process
- Educate managers and employees on key aspects of performance management (goal planning, goal audit, result documentation and performance discussion areas)
- Act as a custodian of various HR metrics like attrition analysis, productivity trends, performance metrics etc.
- Counsel/guide managers in practicing values/code of conduct and facilitate process to take this to the employees
- Plan and motivate employee participation in company specific engagement activities (eg :, learning, ideation/innovation, recognition initiatives etc.)
- Manage employee voice and escalations; diagnose trends to proactively implement solutions
