Assistant Manager Human Resources

With a global distribution network spanning 43 countries, Chemspec Chemicals serves customers in North America, Europe, LATAM, APAC, the Middle East, and Africa. The company also produces ingredients for the FMCG and pharmaceutical segments, including vitamins for skincare and intermediates for sartans.

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources at Chemspec Chemicals Pvt Ltd in Mumbai. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, training and development, and employee relations. The role requires strong knowledge and understanding of HR policies and procedures, as well as the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Experience in recruitment and employee onboarding
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Experience in performance management and employee relations
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
