Recruitment and Selection:Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Source and screen potential candidates, conduct interviews, and assist in the selection process
Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
Employee Relations:Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries, concerns, and grievances in a timely and professional manner
Promote a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering employee engagement and teamwork
Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees and support disciplinary actions when necessary, in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
Training and Development:Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate employee development initiatives
Assist in the design and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Monitor the effectiveness of training efforts and provide feedback for improvement
Benefits and Compensation:Assist with the administration of employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies regarding compensation and benefits
HR Compliance:Stay up-to-date with labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure HR policies and practices are in compliance
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of HR documentation, such as employee contracts, policies, and procedures
Performance Management:Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions
Assist in the development of performance improvement plans when necessary
HR Reporting:Generate HR reports and metrics as needed to provide insights to management for decision-making
