Manage and maintain HRIS systems, ensuring configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
A thorough understanding of the employee life cycle with exposure to HR modules like HCM, Recruitment, Time & Absence, Talent & Performance, and Compensation.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements, including data load, data validation, and data cleansing.
Ability to understand Organizational Structure, Supervisory Org, Cost Centers, Compensation elements, Job attributes etc.
Experience in integrations monitoring, maintenance, data load, data validation, data quality control and data migration.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders and vendors to identify business needs and develop solutions, including stakeholder management and communication.
Develop and maintain documentation, user manuals, and training materials for HRIS systems. Strong analytical and issue resolution skills.
Ability to contribute to various phases of SDLC process life cycle beginning with requirements gathering to go live for a specific functionality or module.

Create SOPs, conduct training and be able to drive change management across HR functions.
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
At least 4-5 years of experience in implementation and support of HRIS systems.
Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Certification in HRIS system or related field is desirable.
End-to-end implementation experience of Workday or Success Factors is a plus.
