Job Responsibilities:
Work under the general guidance of the Head Human Resource and be responsible for supporting the HR team on their day to day operations.
Coordinates the administrative support to the Head Human Resource to ensure that staffing needs are met on time, from placing to interviewing and hiring.
Interact with department and resort staff professionally and positively to foster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two-way communication
Ensure awareness of HR Policies and Procedures across the board.
Attend any meetings on behalf of the Head Human Resource.
Attending On-boarding and explaining the rules, regulations, and benefits of the resort to the new entrants
Assist in the organizing of the staff social events and coordinate resort associate events and activities.
Compiling payroll / Absenteeism data and coordinating HR Dashboard / Statistics.
Coordinating employee entertainment programs.
Assist and resolve staff and management queries.
Updating salary and benefits information.
Assist in developing job descriptions, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates and monitor preparing personal files of the employees.
Assist in developing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures, and absenteeism.
Manage HR administration such as onboarding and exit formalities.
Ensure monthly and fortnightly documentation for the payroll activities are compiled as per the calendar of events.
Ensure H R I S is up to date with accurate information.
Manage HR documents of the employee life cycle and the same are maintained in the respective employee files.
Analyze staff turnover and sick leave to implement strategies for reduction.
Assists the Head Human Resource in Budget preparation where required and is fully aware of all Budgeted Positions and hiring approvals.
Establish and maintain contacts with colleges to up a system for entry-level employment.
Prepare statutory compliances regarding all HR legislation and keep up to date with changes to local authorities.
Provide staff counseling, guidance, career planning, and oversee disciplinary matters up to and including dismissal and oversee any Grievance Complaints made as required.

Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS
