Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HR Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating interactive reports, analyzing HR data, and automating report generation processes. Advanced proficiency in Excel and VBA is required, and knowledge of SQL is a plus. This role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights to support HR decision-making and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain interactive reports to support HR operations and decision-making processes.
- Analyse HR data to generate actionable insights, identify trends, and support strategic initiatives.
- Automate regular reports and dashboards to enhance efficiency and accuracy in data reporting.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills and VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) to develop complex models, automate tasks, and improve data processing workflows.
- Apply SQL knowledge to extract and manipulate data from various databases, integrating it into reports and analyses (good to have).
Requirements:
- Master's degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in HR operations or a related field, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and report automation.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and VBA.
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau, Domo etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide meaningful insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings and recommendations effectively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and reporting.
