We are the leading manufacturer of power electronics products. Today we offer wide range of UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) for industrial, commercial & enterprise applications, medium voltage & low voltage variable frequency drives, steel automation and engineered variable frequency drivesfor customized applications, industrial automation & control products like PLC, SCADA & DCS, grid connected solar inverter, railway inverter and other customized products like UMPS, iDip (dip ride through solutions), etc. We have rich experience in supplying power back-up products & complete customized solutions for mission critical applications in refineries, petro-chemicals, power generation, steel & metal, and process industries as well as critical data processing applications.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Head specializing in Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) solutions to lead our sales department. This role demands exceptional negotiation skills, the ability to create and nurture new customer relationships, strong techno-commercial knowledge, and proven success in team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in the UPS segment across India.
  • Identify and target key market segments, developing tailored sales approaches to meet the unique needs and demands of each segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and industry influencers to expand the customer base and drive business growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the achievement of individual and team sales targets.
  • Oversee the preparation of techno-commercial offers, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with customer requirements.
  • Conduct high-level negotiations with customers, channel partners, and suppliers to secure favorable terms and close significant sales deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats, providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasts, budgets, and reports, presenting regular updates and progress to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, promoting the company's UPS solutions and strengthening its market presence.

Qualifications:

  • B.E./B. Tech. - Power Electronics / Electronics & Communication /Electronics/ Electrical
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in UPS or other relevant product sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and market share.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to close high-value deals.
  • Strong techno-commercial knowledge with the ability to understand and communicate technical product features and benefits.
  • Proven experience in team management and leadership, with a focus on coaching and developing sales professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers, attend industry events, and support sales activities across India.
