Brand Consistency: Ensure all design outputs adhere to the brand's visual guidelines, maintaining consistency across all materials, including digital, print, and multimedia. Continuously refine and enhance the visual identity of the brand through key creative assets.
Design Creation: Lead the development of primary visuals and key branding elements for major campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives. Work closely with the design team to produce high-impact visuals across multiple platforms.
Team Leadership and Mentorship: Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to junior and mid-level designers, helping them develop their skills and meet creative goals. Review and critique design concepts, providing constructive feedback to improve design quality and effectiveness. Ensure that team deliverables meet both creative and technical standards.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, product, and other internal teams to align creative assets with business objectives and project requirements. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and work is delivered within scope and budget.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main liaison between the design team and external/internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on all project goals. Address feedback and revisions in a timely and professional manner.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of all design work to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to creative briefs. Troubleshoot any design-related issues and provide solutions to keep projects on track.
Video Editing and 3D Design (Advantageous): Utilize video editing skills to enhance brand visuals for digital platforms, including promotional videos, social media content. Leverage knowledge of 3D software to create immersive visuals, product mockups, and innovative design elements that enhance the brand's creative strategy.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree or a relevant experience in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or management role.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After effects).
Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in branding, key visual creation, and motion graphic design.
Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects) and 3D design software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D) is highly advantageous.
Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
