In this role, you will be working in the capacity of an Analyst and leverage your expertise and skills to support and build new solutions. Youare expected to participate in various digital and non-digital projects being initiated by our customers. You will interact with various stakeholders in business, risk1st and 2nd line of defense and technology to elicit, communicate, and gather requirements, while ensuring robust solutions are designed and delivered as per the organization&rsquos standards.
Responsibilities
Manage Tasks and participate in various stages of end-to-end Project life cycle and have good understanding and experience in both agile and waterfall-based project execution.
Review, analyze and evaluate business processes,procedures, process tools, EUCs, legacy applicationsfor gaps, redundanciesand enhancements
Work with stakeholders to elicit requirements and develop solutions.
Well-versed in JIRA usage.
Able to understand and gather data requirements for items such as but not limited to new data demands, new regulatory consumption, attribute mapping, defining aggregation rules.
Understanding of databases and data structures
Good documentation exposure Process mapping, Process Sequencing, Data Dictionaries, Attribute Mapping, DQ Lifecycles, Naming Convention, Version Control, etc.
Knowledge of DQ standards, guidelines, and best practices
Good knowledge of BI/Reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI and various functionalities, is able map requirements for reports automation.
Work with various stakeholders to identifyand converge multiple disparate data stores into a single cohesive store
Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are well understood and solution being built are in line with requirements.
Able to build Use cases and present them.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Knowledge and understanding of Consumer Banking policies, regulations, and regulatory bodies.
Good knowledge and exposure working with multiple workstreams - Stakeholders, Digital, Technology, Dev Ops and Business POCs, Product and Process Owners
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Relevantwork experience in the Banking domain with exposure in Retail or Wealth Management areas and projects
Good exposure in Agile Scrum, Story writing, Managing requirements and acceptance criteria as well as bug/issue management.
Well versed with Microsoft Word, Advanced Excel(Write, interpret, edit VB Macro, Create Pivots, Adv Calculation/Formulas). PowerPoint, MS SharePoint.
Experience in SDLC documentation and experience in writing BRDs, FRDs, performing Stakeholder Analysis / Process mapping, writing procedures, creating operational readiness guides, creating Data Dictionaries, Attribute Mapping, DQ Lifecycles, Cataloging, Documents naming convention, Version Control, etc.
Experience in technology-based process mapping and current-target state analysis using MS Visio, Blue Works etc.
