  1. Ensuring company policies are followed.

  3. Hiring, training and developing new employees.

  6. Providing leadership and direction to all employees.

  9. Working closely with the store manager to lead staff.
  10. Overseeing retail inventory.
  11. Assisting customers whenever necessary.
  12. Organizing employee schedule.
  13. Ensuring that health, safety, and security rules are followed.
  14. Ensuring a consistent standard of customer service.
  15. Motivating employees and ensuring a focus on the mission.
  16. Maintaining merchandise and a visual plan.
  17. Maintaining stores to standards, including stocking and cleaning.
  18. Completing tasks assigned by the general manager accurately and efficiently.
  19. Supporting store manager as needed.
