About the candidate An Ideal candidate should have an MBA/MFM/B.F. Tech from a reputed institute with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Ability to multitask and prioritize work based on business importance.Willingness to learn new technology/tools as required by business.

Key Competencies

1. In-season Trading & Analysis - responsible for ensuring availability of the right stock at the right place at the right time thereby enabling sales achievement
2. Collaborate with VM & Retail Operations to ensure the seasonal rollout is aligned and implemented To ensure incoming new season BFO stock to be launched is sent to respective doors promptly as per plan.
3. To execute accurate replenishment and to ensure stock holding is healthy at an SKU level to avoid lost sales opportunities.
4. To manage RTV to warehouse & stock consolidation in between stores to reduce slow-moving merchandise and improve the store assortment
5. To work closely with the buying team and ensure buys are placed at the right pockets as per requirement forecasted/strategic inputs

Responsible for Pricing and Promotion setup, ensuring delivery of planned Net sales, markdown %, GP%, and MGP
