Overview:

Thrillophilia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Finance Manager to

play a pivotal role in ensuring the company's financial health and implementing a

consistent corporate financial strategy. As the Finance Manager, you will be

responsible for managing the company's books of accounts, preparing financial

statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires an

organized, detail-oriented individual who excels at managing tasks, processes, and

priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance Business Partnering: Act as a key financial partner to business units,

assisting in decision-making with timely and accurate financial analysis.

Financial Reporting & Consolidation: Consolidate and report monthly,

quarterly, and annual financial performance, including variance analysis

against forecasts and budgets, identifying opportunities and risks.

Financial Planning & P&L Management: Support day-to-day financial planning

activities, manage P&L, prepare forecasts, and conduct balance sheet reviews

to ensure financial health.

Accounts Management: Oversee daily management of company accounts,

including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and

payment processes for both Indian and overseas entities.

Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow to optimize fund utilization and

ensure financial stability.

Compliance & Taxation: Ensure compliance with government regulations and

tax laws, keeping the company in good standing.

Audit Coordination: Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits,

providing necessary documentation and insight.

Cost Reduction & Profitability: Identify areas for cost reduction and implement

strategies to improve profitability across the business.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with sales, operations, and other

departments to understand and manage the financial impact of their activities

on overall company performance.

Requirement & Qualifications:

Educational Background: CA Inter with 2-3 years of relevant experience, or

CMA/CS qualified with 2-4 years of experience.

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to

analyze data and generate reports.

Experience: Proven experience as an Assistant Financial Manager or in a

similar financial management role.

Financial Expertise: In-depth knowledge of financial accounting principles,

practices, and regulations.

Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and

timely completion of financial tasks.

Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with financial management

software such as Tally ERP, Tally 2.1, and Tally Prime.

Team & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work independently and as a

collaborative team member with excellent interpersonal skills.
