Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Assistant Finance Manager with over 10 + years of experience in financial management, preferably within the IT industry. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing our financial operations, ensuring compliance, and contributing to strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Prepare accurate financial reports and presentations for management review.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, audits, and statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business goals.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
• Manage vendor payments, client invoicing, and revenue tracking.
• Lead and mentor a team to ensure efficient finance operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CA preferred).
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in the IT/Tech sector.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, taxation, and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in financial tools and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
