Position Summary :
To look after the international accounting aspects specially US Accounting of the company and help in the finalization of books.
Key Responsibilities :
- Preparing Finalization of Accounts
- Preparation of Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss
- Interacting with auditors for audit finalization
- Interaction with Business team for understanding of new programs
- Interaction with customers and Partners (International Geographies)
- End-to-end Advanced Accounting and Finalization
- Sound knowledge of accounting entries and transaction flows
- Knowledge of Deferred Revenue & Cost
- Preparation of Documentation and Filing of Records
- Assisting in Audit and allied activities including preparation of FS as per IFRS / IND AS
- Preparation of monthly MIS (International Geographies)
- Oversee international accounting and compliance with local GAAP
- Assist business in finalization of contracts with prospective customer
- Reconciliation and follow up with customer for collection of outstanding receivables
- Oversight over accounts payable and timely processing of payments to partners
- Other matters as and when required
Requirements :
- Minimum 4+ years of experience into International Accounting as well as Indian accounting
- Should be well versed with Excel and Tally
- Experience in Oracle Fusion / SAP is added advantage
- Should possess goof Analytical, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Willing to adapt quickly and work under pressure
- Internally motivated to seek out answers, generate ideas, and develop new skills
