Assistant Manager Financ

Description

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Finance to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and analysis. The candidate should be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under tight deadlines. The Assistant Manager Finance will be responsible for supporting the Finance Manager in the day-to-day operations of the finance department and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
• Perform financial analysis and forecasting
• Develop and maintain financial models
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare and review budget and cash flow projections
• Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and support audit process
• Provide support to other departments as needed

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• 3-8 years of experience in finance or accounting
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
• Experience with financial modeling and forecasting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in a supervisory role is a plus
