.Run queries on TALIC data for ad-hoc reporting
.Create & maintain validation rules in SQL server using SSIS package
.Automate manual reporting via innovative solutions using SQL, Python or R Platform
.Conversant in data modeling techniques
.Do Slice & dice on monthly new business to identify & highlight new risk across channels
.Assist in adding & implementing new risk dimensions

Innovate & automate reports for process control & risk identification | .The resource should be able to provide innovative solutions to automate daily reports, build tools for ad-hoc reporting |
Maintain department Database | .The resource should be able to assist in managing department database used for daily, weekly & monthly reporting |
Dashboards & PPT | .Resource should be able to create dashboards using data visualization tools & make ppt which helps in clear identification of Risk & mitigation of the same |
E Skills Required
Technical | .Comfortable with large data, .Knowledge of excel, access, My SQL, Python & R .Knowledge of operating data visualization tools like Power BI/Tableau/Qlik view etc .Basic PPT Skills required .Insurance background is non-mandatory .Communication skill |
